Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 12 June 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ridgeline Bondvale website, mobile applications and trading services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or by continuing to use the Service you confirm that you accept these Terms in full.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, a legal resident of a supported jurisdiction, and able to enter into a binding contract under the applicable law. The Service is not offered to residents of jurisdictions where trading crypto-assets or derivative products is restricted.
Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information and to keep it current. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. Enable two-factor authentication and notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
Trading Risk
Crypto, derivatives and leveraged products are volatile and speculative. Prices can move sharply against you. You may lose part or all of the capital you commit. The Service does not provide investment, tax or legal advice; all decisions you make are your own. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Prohibited Use
- • Using the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing or any unlawful purpose.
- • Submitting false identity information or impersonating another person.
- • Attempting to interfere with the Service, scrape data at scale or circumvent rate limits.
- • Operating an account on behalf of a sanctioned person or jurisdiction.
Fees and Settlement
Applicable spreads, network fees and rates are shown in your order ticket before you confirm. You authorise us to settle each transaction against your available balance. Where third-party rails are used (for example bank wires or Interac), their own terms and timing apply.
Custody & Withdrawals
Customer assets are segregated and held 1:1 with cold-storage backing. We may pause withdrawals for as long as is reasonably required to investigate suspicious activity, comply with law-enforcement requests, or resolve a security incident. You will be notified once your access is restored.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, fails AML/KYC checks, or threatens platform integrity. You may close your own account at any time after settling open positions and clearing outstanding balances.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost opportunity.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in your dashboard before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to your province of residence in Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that province, save for any mandatory arbitration provisions that may apply.
